Product Overview
The LINEA Research 88 C20 is a high-power eight-channel DSP installation amplifier designed for demanding commercial, entertainment, hospitality, corporate AV, and professional sound reinforcement applications. Delivering up to 2,500W RMS per channel at 4 Ohms and 100V, the 88 C20 provides exceptional power density for large-scale multi-zone audio systems.
Featuring eight channels of high-performance Class-D amplification, the 88 C20 can deliver substantial continuous power across low-impedance loudspeaker systems and constant-voltage distributed audio networks. Its ability to drive all eight channels simultaneously makes it particularly suitable for large installations requiring multiple independent loudspeaker zones from a single amplifier.
The integrated 96kHz DSP provides comprehensive signal routing, equalisation, crossover filtering, delay, phase control, FIR processing, and advanced VX loudspeaker protection. Analogue and AES3 inputs are standard, while Dante and AES67 network audio are available as a factory-fitted option. Ethernet, RS232, and RS485 connectivity provide extensive control, monitoring, and system management through Linea Research System Engineer software.
