Product Overview
The LINEA Research 88 C6 is a high-performance eight-channel DSP installation power amplifier designed for demanding commercial, entertainment, hospitality, and professional sound reinforcement applications. Delivering 750W RMS per channel at 4 Ohms and 100V, with all eight channels driven simultaneously, the 88 C6 combines substantial power output with advanced 96kHz DSP processing and comprehensive system control.
Built around Linea Research's high-performance Class-D amplification platform, the 88 C6 provides consistent power delivery across all eight channels. It supports low-impedance loudspeakers as well as 70V and 100V constant-voltage distributed systems, allowing a single amplifier to handle multiple zones and a wide range of professional installation requirements.
The integrated DSP provides extensive signal-management capabilities including routing, gain, delay, phase, EQ, crossover filtering, FIR processing, and advanced VX loudspeaker protection. Analogue and AES3 inputs are standard, while Dante and AES67 network audio connectivity is available as a factory-fitted option. Ethernet, RS232, and RS485 connectivity provide comprehensive configuration, monitoring, and system-management capabilities.
