Product Overview
The LINEA Research 88 C6 Dante is a high-performance eight-channel installation power amplifier designed for demanding commercial, entertainment, hospitality, and professional sound reinforcement applications. Delivering 750W RMS per channel at 4 Ohms and 100V, with all eight channels driven simultaneously, the 88 C6 combines substantial power output with sophisticated 96kHz DSP processing and network control.
Built around Linea Research's high-performance Class-D amplification platform, the 88 C6 provides consistent power delivery across all channels while maintaining excellent audio performance. The amplifier supports low-impedance loudspeakers as well as 70V and 100V constant- voltage distributed systems, making it suitable for multi-zone installations and large commercial audio deployments.
The integrated DSP provides extensive signal-management capabilities including routing, gain, delay, phase, EQ, crossover filtering, FIR processing, and advanced VX loudspeaker protection limiters. Dante and AES67 network audio capability can provide up to eight channels of digital audio input, while Ethernet networking enables configuration, monitoring, and system management through Linea Research System Engineer software.
